Pannovate's platform is deployed on a redundant architecture within AWS, configured with auto-scaling and sized to accommodate activity bursts as well as a minimum 30% headroom on forecast volume. The resilient, fault-tolerant nature of the system means that it enjoys sustained high availability. Availability was at 99.99% for the last 12 months, including scheduled maintenance – summary report below.
